Instructions
Peel and chop the avocados.
Use half of the chopped avocados for the base and leave the rest to one side.
Add ½ the chopped avocados to your hand blender, add in the lemon juice and chilli powder. Blend until smooth.
Stir in the chopped avocados, serve in a dish with the torn basil leaves and enjoy!
