Little gem lettuce’s

Black pitted olives

Cherry Tomatoes

Cucumber

Feta Cheese
Or vegan alternative if dairy upsets your tummy

Red onion
OPTIONAL – I leave these out as they don’t agree with me

Stick of celery

Olive Oil

Freshly Squeezed Lemon

Crushed Black Pepper
Instructions
Chop salad into small chunks.
Chop cheese into small 1cm cubes.
If you are ok with onions, slice into thin slices and add.
As an alternative to onions, thinly slice the celery and add.
Combine the oil, lemon juice and black pepper, stir and use as dressing.
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
