Instructions
  1. Melt the butter, add the chopped parsley and black pepper in a non stick fry pan, then add the hake fillet.
  2. Boil the new potatoes, drain and serve on a bed of leaves, add the cooked Hake and then drizzle the rest of the sauce over the top.
