Ingredients

peppered mackerel fillet

tin
sweetcorn

handful spinach
1
pinch
Black Pepper
1
knob
Butter

tbsp
Oat milk

drizzle
Lemon
juice
Instructions
Put the spaghetti on the boil, then cook for required time on the packet.
Drain the pasta and return to the saucepan.
Add in the spinach, sweetcorn, oat milk, butter and reheat. Simmer gently for a couple of minutes.
Drizzle over the lemon juice, add the black pepper, stir and serve.
