Instructions
  1. Roughly chop the spinach.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and olives.
  3. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces.
  4. Toss all ingredients into a bowl, add the olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper and mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
