Ingredients

prawns
cooked, peeled, drained and dried
mixed lettuce leaves
(as much as required)

Salt and Pepper
(to taste)

Lemon
cut into 6 wedges (to serve)
Sauce

tbsp
Oatley Creme Fraiche

tbsp
creamed horseradish

tsp
tomato puree
1/2
Lemon
(for the juice)

small pinch
raw cane sugar

small pinch
Chilli flakes
1
large handful
salad leaves
1/4
Cucumber
sliced and halved
5 – 8
Cherry Tomatoes
halved

handful
Fresh Parsley
garnish
Instructions
To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the prawns
Prepare the salad and arrange on a plate with a gap in the middle for your saucy prawns.
Spoon the prawn mixture over the top and garnish with the parsley.
Serve with a small lemon wedge and brown bread and butter. Gluten Free if required.
