Salmon Fillets

I used basmati but you can use whole grain

Instructions
Season the salmon and gently fry in an air fryer (see kitchen essentials my air fryer recommendations).
Cook the rice on the hob. Mine usually takes around 10 minutes, but this may be longer for whole grain varieties.
Steam the asparagus. Add a little butter (optional) for flavour and enjoy this simple, tasty healing meal.
Add your lemon wedge on the side for added zest!
