Stuffed Peppers
Gorgeous, tasty and simple recipe, sent in by one of our clients, Paul, which can be used as a main course, for lunch, or a side dish at a BBQ. Great served with salad or veg. A nice veggie alternative to meat heavy dishes. Sent ion by our Glorious Food client, Paul Martin, Thanks Paul!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Half the pepper and remove seeds with a teaspoon, leaving the stalks intact.
  2. Cut Feta into 1 cm cubes.
  3. Cut tomatoes in half.
  4. Pack each pepper equally with tomatoes and feta.
  5. Drizzle over a little olive oil.
  6. Season with Crushed Black Pepper / Sea Salt to taste.
  7. Bake for around 1 you on low heat
  8. Serve with salad or Veg of your choice and enjoy!
