Carrot
chopped

knob
Fresh Ginger
peeled and grated

full fat coconut milk
optional but makes it creamier

Vegetable Stock
ONION FREE is best

Turmeric
for added healing

Fresh Parsley
for added digestive help

Instructions
In a large pan simmer the sweet potato, carrot, ginger, turmeric in the stock until soft.
Blend until smooth.
Add the coconut milk and stir off the heat.
Serve and add the parsley and black pepper.
