Put the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir.
add in the fat and syrup and combine. It should form a sticky ball that is easy to roll into a ball and keep its shape. If it still feels a little dry, add some oat milk (or your favourite dairy free milk) until you get the desired consistency.
Roll into balls and lay out on a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Pop these in the fridge for a couple of hours to harden. Once they are set you can keep them for up to a week or freeze a few for future reference (separate them using greaseproof paper or using mini cupcake papers so they don’t stick together when freezing).
