Because the testing equipment is clicci-based, the program requires three in-person appointments across the 12 weeks.

Between these appointments we continue working together through online coaching sessions via Zoom.
This hybrid approach provides the best results: face to face testing with ongoing support and guidance.

How The FIT Program Works
We begin with a detailed consultation where we discuss your health history, symptoms and goals.
We then complete your first food intolerance test, which identifies foods that may be triggering reactions within your body.
Based on your test results, I create a clear dietary strategy which may include:
- Food swaps
- A tailored meal plan
- Gut supportive nutrition advice
- Essential reading or resources specific to your case
Throughout the program we meet online for coaching sessions where I guide you through the process, answer questions and help you stay on track.
After six weeks we meet again at the clinic to review your progress and repeat the testing.
At this point many clients are already seeing significant improvements in symptoms.
We then begin to safely expand the diet and reintroduce foods where appropriate.
At the end of the 12 weeks we complete a final test and consultation to confirm progress and discuss your long-term strategy.
