Your IBS Freedom
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Helen Jane, trading as Your IBS Freedom.
By purchasing or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following:
1. Definitions
Client – Any person aged 18 or over purchasing a service
Company – Helen Jane, trading as Your IBS Freedom
Services – Includes:
- Total Gut Reset for Men – online
- The IBS Freedom Method – online
- Your Diet Makeover – online
- FIT (Food Intolerance Testing) Program – Norfolk UK
Fees – The agreed price for the chosen service
2. Acceptance & Participation
2.1 You become a Client once payment has been made (in full or first instalment).
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or remove access to any Client where necessary, including where behaviour is inappropriate or health risks are identified.
2.3 You agree to provide accurate health information where relevant.
2.4 You are responsible for consulting your GP or healthcare professional before making dietary or lifestyle changes.
2.5 We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to services where necessary to improve delivery or comply with legal requirements.
3. Fees & Payment
3.1 All Fees must be paid in full or via an agreed payment plan.
3.2 Payment plans are legally binding. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to pay the full amount, regardless of participation or completion.
3.3 The first payment acts as a non-refundable deposit and secures your place.
3.4 Missed payments may result in suspended access until brought up to date.
3.5 Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. STRIPE). We do not store your full payment details.
3.6 All services are for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or distributed.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
4.1 You have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first payment (cooling-off period).
4.2 To cancel, you must email: helen@youribsfreedom.com
4.3 If you cancel within 14 days:
- Access to the service will be removed
- Future payments will be cancelled
- The initial payment (deposit) is non-refundable
4.4 If you have accessed a significant portion of the service, we reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund in line with UK digital content laws.
4.5 After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable and any remaining payment plan instalments remain due.
4.6 Missed coaching calls are non-refundable.
4.7 Calls cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a £30 rescheduling fee.
4.8 If we cancel a service and no suitable alternative is provided, a refund will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All materials, content, and resources remain the property of the Company.
5.2 You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any part of the services.
5.3 Access is granted for personal use only.
5.4 Any testimonials or feedback you provide may be used for marketing purposes (anonymously unless permission is given).
6. Health Disclaimer & Responsibility
6.1 Our services provide nutrition and lifestyle guidance and are not a substitute for medical advice.
6.2 We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
6.3 You are responsible for your own health decisions and outcomes.
6.4 Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of income or business
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Outcomes resulting from your personal decisions
7.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
