This simple, tasty, nutritious salad can be eaten as a main or a side dish. The onions are optional depending on whether your are intolerant or not, I like to swap them for slithers or celery which add crunch and flavour.

Instructions
  1. Chop salad into small chunks.
  2. Chop cheese into small 1cm cubes.
  3. If you are ok with onions, slice into thin slices and add.
  4. As an alternative to onions, thinly slice the celery and add.
  5. Combine the oil, lemon juice and black pepper, stir and use as dressing.
  6. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
