- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Coconut Cream I used leftover from my Fish Curry recipe...
- 1 tsp desicated coconut
- 1 small Banana
- 1 drizzle Maple Syrup optional, this dish is already sweet enough...

Instructions
- Add the oats and water into a saucepan and heat, stirring gently.
- When bubbling, add small pieces of banana, the desiccated coconut and the coconut cream. Continue to stir.
- Keep stirring until the oats swell in size and it reaches your desired consistency. You may need to add more water or cook longer at this point. I usually cook mine for 3 - 5 minutes.
- If desired add in a drizzle of maple syrup stir and serve.
