For years I’ve watched people turn their kitchens into mini supplement pharmacies.

Cupboards full of pills. Powders. Potions. Promises.

And yet… the gut is still unhappy.

The truth is, more supplements does not equal better health. In fact, taking too many can place extra pressure on the digestive system and liver – especially when the gut is already inflamed or struggling.

That’s why I keep things simple.

On this page you’ll only find a small handful of supplements that I trust and regularly recommend to clients. Each one has a clear purpose – supporting digestion, calming inflammation, improving sleep, strengthening immunity or helping the body rebalance naturally.

But supplements should never replace good food.
