I love berries and even when they are out of season I usually have a good stock in the freezer for when I feel I need a boost to the immune system. For this recipe I used Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, with an extra kick from ginger and lime. For additional sweetness you could add a drizzle of organic honey or maple syrup.

High in antioxidants, these immune strengthening berries will help you stay away from colds, coughs and other germs as they actively boost your immune system with high levels of Vitamin C. In fact a cup of strawberries contain more Vitamin C than an orange and are known to increase the love hormone, oxytocin.

So go on, love yourself a little more with this delicious juice recipe!

  1. Wash the fruit, peel the ginger and run through your juicer. Add a squeeze of lime juice afterwards for a bit of extra zing!
  2. I used my Super Juicer to make this recipe but you can use any juicer for a power packed energy hit!
