- 4 tbsp Oatley (dairy free cream) contains oats
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oil
- 1 handful Fresh Parsley
- 1 handful Fresh Coriander
- ½ Squeezed Lemon
- ½ tsp Turmeric or any other spice as desired

- Chop herbs and blend the rest of the ingredients together. Add to the chicken, fish or pasta 5 minutes before it is finished cooking or pour over the top.
