Ingredients
- 1/2 punnet strawberries washed and halved
- 1 slice watermelon chopped
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1 tsp cranberry powder I got mine from a health food shop
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 tsp phylum again, from a health food shop

Instructions
- Wash and chop all ingredients . Add a little filtered water and blend to your desired consistency. You may want to add more water to make it less 'thick shake' consistency.
